14-day returns
You can return a shirt within 14 days of delivery for a refund if it is unworn, unwashed, unpersonalised and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Personalised shirts (with an added name and/or number) are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind, unless they are faulty or we made a mistake.
How to return
- Email support@clubgearhouse.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back with a tracked service. Return postage for non-faulty items is paid by the customer.
Faulty or wrong items
If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, within 5 business days of the return arriving with us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that it may already be in processing.
